A bit of my history would be useful here. I became a financial advisor in 1998, during the bull market celebrated. Everything was in place, all the clues, every day. There was the story of a monkey picking stocks, and even its choice of actions was winning.

Carpenters seemed to more work on a construction site than any other commercial construction workers. They build molds for the concrete foundation, frame up walls, doors and windows, are the ground base and often hang the drywall inside the structure and shingles, or tile, or vinyl or the composite coating on the outside. For many people the only practical way to work and begin to provide some income to the family by working at home. There can be several reasons for this. Sometimes, transportation is a problem or investing in the right kind of wardrobe may be too costly.
